Our Pre-School. Our Family. Our Community.

At New Song Preschool, we’re more than just an educational institution—we’re a warm and supportive family.  Together, we create a close-knit community where children, parents, and teachers share laughter, milestones, and a sense of belonging.

Are you a licensed facility?

Yes! We are licensed Title 22 early childhood program through the California Department of Social Services.  Our preschool teachers undergo thorough background checks and criminal clearance to ensure their suitability for working with young children.

What kind of experience and training does your staff have?

All teachers are fully credentialed with pediatric CPR and First Aid training.  Teachers engage in monthly professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge in the classroom setting.

What is your teacher to child ratio?

We maintain low student-to-teacher ratios to comply with state regulations.  Our two-year-old room maintains a 2:12 ratio.  Our preschool rooms maintain a 2:18 ratio.

What type of curriculum do you use?

Our Biblical curriculum parallels with New Song Church’s children’s ministry to integrate foundational teachings from Scripture.  Children learn through stories, songs, and discussions to nurture their spiritual growth and instill kindness, compassion, and love.

Our academic curriculum is an emergent based, child -centered learning environment where teachers are flexible and responsive to the changing interests and questions of children.  Teachers respond by designing an environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and collaboration.

Are meals and snacks provided?

We provide a morning and afternoon snack, based on your child’s enrollment.  We ask that you provide a packed lunch while your child is in attendance.
